The electrically height-adjustable SI workbench is an innovative solution designed to offer each employee a working environment perfectly adapted to their needs. Thanks to its height adjustment system, this workbench optimizes the worker's posture and provides maximum comfort throughout the day. Adjusting the height of the worktop is a key element in reducing the risk of physical pain and improving productivity.
Simple, precise and ergonomic electrical adjustment
The electrical adjustment of the SI workbench is the most ergonomic and flexible solution available on the market. It allows a quick and effortless adjustment of the height of the work surface, thus offering great freedom of adaptation according to the morphology of the employee. This system allows each user to find the ideal height, for a correct and comfortable posture, whether standing or sitting.
Ease of use is one of the main assets of this model: the adjustment is particularly simple and precise, allowing an adjustment in just a few seconds. In addition, it is possible to memorize up to three adjustment heights. This feature allows the workbench to be positioned at the most frequently used heights, guaranteeing optimal ergonomics and saving time for the employee.
Stability and elevation performance
The SI workbench is equipped with four electric columns that ensure a perfectly horizontal, stable and regular elevation, even at high heights. This technology guarantees smooth and jolt-free use, which is essential for a pleasant and safe working experience. The adjustment is done quickly and easily, allowing the employee to adapt their workstation to their specific needs at any time of the day.
The frame is made of a 25/10th thick folded steel sheet structure. The feet or ladders are made by U-bending with a section of 62x87x62mm for the electric version. The horizontal crosspieces are made by U-bending with a section of 40x50x40mm for the electric version. The structure is finished with a fine textured epoxy powder paint polymerized in the oven at 180°C. The fixed workbench is designed in such a way that the assembly of the metal elements between them leaves no visible screws or bolts, which ensures better protection of the user against injuries.
The electrically height-adjustable SI workbench version has 1 horizontal crosspiece. The top is supported by a U-shaped beam with a section of 40x50x40mm and an omega H50xP215mm where the control box is installed. The electrically height-adjustable SI allows the adjustment of the precisely desired height of use. The 4 electric columns allow the frame and top assembly to be raised above the structure. A control box is located under the top. The power supply voltage is 230V, 50Hz, and the cable length is 3.2 m. The adjustment stroke extends from 700 to 1,200mm for the frame excluding the thickness of the top. The maximum no-load speed is 38mm/s. The remote control includes a height display and allows the storage of 3 positions.
