UCP pillow block bearing

The self-aligning bearing consists of a sealed single-row ball bearing with a spherical outer ring mounted in a housing. The spherical surface of the bearing compensates for misalignment of the shaft. The bearings are manufactured with a positive tolerance. This results in the use of h-tolerance or sliding shafts. The shafts are fixed with a grub screw on the inner ring.

Under normal use, the self-aligning bearings do not require maintenance thanks to the integrated lifetime lubrication device. In difficult ambient conditions, the lubricator allows regular lubrication of the bearing.

All enclosure dimensions are nominal dimensions for which casting tolerances must be taken into account.
