New norelem feet and supports

With its wide range of tilting ball mounts and position feet, standard component specialist norelem offers toolmakers and engineers everything they need to support and clamp workpieces firmly, and thus work efficiently.

Very often used in the manufacture of tools and equipment, norelem swivel ball mounts can also be used in clamping devices as well as for stops, supports and sliders. Positioning feet can also be used as thrust parts in general machinery and equipment manufacturing.

Made of high quality steel or stainless steel, norelem oscillating ball mounts can be tilted at an angle between 7.5 and 20°. They therefore adapt to a large number of contours and geometries. Available in a version with flat, ribbed or equipped with a metal insert, they make it possible to respond to all the problems faced by engineers.

With a static load of between 10 and 165 kN, oscillating ball mounts can withstand high forces. For delicate surfaces, a non-staining polyurethane coating provides protection against damage. For slippery or smooth objects, an abrasive diamond surface guarantees optimum hold with minimal clamping force.

Offering a torque range of 8.5-60Nm, the position feet are also suitable for a variety of contact surfaces including flat, spherical and corrugated. They can also be used as a support with POM insert.
