AMG Solution - FoamTEC, direct Corona treatment for thick plates and foams

The Corana direct treatment station, FoamTEC from Tantec, is specially designed for the surface treatment of sheets or rolls of rubber, PP foams or thick silicones up to 50 mm .

Surface treatment by corona method will improve the surface tension of your parts and supports to allow better adhesion of coatings, glues, inks, paints, etc. and thus gain in durability and production quality.

Very flexible, the FoamTEC station adapts very easily to the dimensions of the support to be treated up to 3 m wide . It ensures uniform treatment of the entire surface of one or both sides of the plate .

This surface treatment solution for parts and supports is more environmentally friendly , requiring no chemicals for its operation.
