AMG Solution - ProfileTEC, atmospheric plasma treatment of plastic and EPDM profiles
Description
The ProfileTEC is an atmospheric plasma treatment station specially designed to increase the surface tension of EPDM type rubber profiles .
The plasma surface treatment, with the ProfileTEC station, will improve the surface tension of the rubber before flocking and sliding coating .
The ProfileTEC station for atmospheric plasma treatment is autonomous, it can treat rubber profiles at 360° up to 40 m/min .
This surface treatment solution is more environmentally friendly, as it does not use chemicals to operate .
To check and measure the surface tension of your substrates, we also offer DYNE TEC test inks .
