AMG Solution - SpinTEC, atmospheric plasma treatment on large surface up to 150 mm

TANTEC's SpinTEC station allows the atmospheric plasma treatment of large surfaces up to 150 mm.

The SpinTEC Plasma Processing Station can be used on a robotic line, on a production line or standalone .

The SpinTEC station is equipped with a motor driving two rotating PlasmaTEC X plasma nozzles which point inwards to ensure uniform treatment of the surface and limit the impact of heat .

The treatment area is between 40 and 150 mm , the nozzles rotate up to 1000 rpm to treat up to 10 m/min .
