AMG Solution - NI needle for dust removal by ionization, blowing and suction of vials and bottles

The NI needle ionization and blowing system is specially designed for dedusting jars, flasks and bottles. The diameter and the length of the needle are perfectly adapted for this specific application.

The system combining ionization, blowing and suction guarantees impeccable dust removal from the inside of jars, flasks and bottles, whatever their shape .

We can integrate, in a compact solution, the functions of ionization, blowing and suction in a box adapted to a workstation to dedusting 2 flasks or bottles simultaneously.

For its proper functioning, the NI needle must be connected to a HAUG high voltage generator type EN SL or EN 8 .
