AMG Solution - SORT R Orienter Sorter small, medium series (100/300 pieces per minute)

The SORT R is a sorter, orientator  Simoni which uses the specific characteristics of the brushes to sort and orient objects such as bottle caps or coffee capsules, etc.

The SORT R sorter and orientator does not use vibrations or compressed air, which makes it silent sorting equipment.

The SORT R Simoni treats objects with delicacy due to the use of brushes to orient the parts. Format changes are quick .

The very small size of the machine, it can be easily integrated into an already existing production line.

The SORT R orienting sorter is designed for small and medium series of 100 to 300 items per minute . For larger series, AMG Solution advises you to put several SORT R in battery or to use the SORT L which allows to have up to 16 tracks for a rate of 1000 parts per minute.
