IEMCA MAESTRO 80 No Limits UP bar feeder

The MAESTRO® 80 no limits is an automatic bar feeder for bars from 10 to 80 mm for fixed headstock lathes, ideal for companies looking for high performance and great flexibility.

A new IEMCA patent has been filed. ABACOS® (Adaptive Bar Control System), a system of self-adjusting rings that envelop the bar during machining, simultaneously allowing the bar to be guided, vibrations to be dampened thanks to a pneumatic system, the bar pusher to be clamped, all without change bar guide.
