TF150 infrared scanner system for temperature measurement from 20 to 350°C on thermoforming lines .

The TF150 infrared scanner system is used to visualize the thermal distribution on all the products in the thermoforming line . The TF150 infrared scanner system allows temperature control between 20 and 350°C.

This turnkey monitoring system scans 512 measurement points per line over an angle of 90° up to 80 Hz or 256 points at 150 Hz for instantaneous detection of temperature heterogeneities or the presence of hot spots . Any anomalies or temperature deviations are highlighted by alarms through a digital module to improve the quality and yield of the process on the thermoforming line.
