JLH Measurement - GS150 5 micron infrared scanner system dedicated to temperature measurement from 100 to 950°C on flat glass line
GS150 infrared scanner system dedicated to temperature measurement from 100 to 950°C on a flat glass line .
The GS150 infrared scanner system is designed specifically for the glass industry. This system is calibrated for temperature control and monitoring on flat glass forming, tempering and annealing lines . Scanning the glass surface provides 256 to 1024 measurement points per line over a 90° angle from 40 to 150 Hertz for instantaneous detection of temperature heterogeneities or the presence of hot spots .
The GS150 infrared scanner system will monitor temperatures between 100 and 950°C . This turnkey system will allow its user to detect all thermal anomalies and constraints on glass volumes . All anomalies, temperature differences are highlighted by alarms, through a digital module for flawless monitoring of the process.
