JLH Measurement - TIP900 infrared scanner system for temperature measurement up to 350°C of plasterboard leaving the oven
TIP900 infrared scanner system for temperature measurement up to 350°C of plasterboard leaving the oven .
The TIP900 infrared scanner system is dedicated to monitoring the temperature, up to 350°C, of plasterboard leaving the oven. This turnkey system can detect, in real time, humidity and variation in density of plasterboard, highlight blisters on the paper, chipped edges, burnt ends, tears in the paper, holes and overloading, overlapping plates, cracks and bubbles .
The TIP900 infrared scanner system will scan the surface of each plate with more than 40,000 measurement points per second for instantaneous detection of temperature heterogeneities or the presence of hot spots.
