Ecomatelas inaugurates a new factory to accelerate its growth

Founded in 2017 in Vendargues (Hérault), Ecomatelas is revolutionizing the bedding market by reconditioning used mattresses. Thanks to patented technology combining heat treatment, UV, and vacuuming, the company guarantees total disinfection without chemicals. After an investment of €400,000, it is opening a new factory, increasing its production capacity by 40%. Experiencing strong growth (+40%), Ecomatelas sold 10,000 mattresses in 2024 and is targeting 40,000 in 2025, then 100,000 in 2026. 70% of sales are made online, offering an ecological and economical alternative, 30 to 50% cheaper than new products.
