HTL biotechnology: a very impressive new factory

This company manufacturing hyaluronic acid from bacteria, which was the first in the world to industrialize the process, is now positioned in the creation of new biopolymers as a world leader in innovation. It is therefore in Javené, near Fougères, that the HTL company has just built a second factory on the same site. After constructing a building dedicated to research and development, HTL embarked squarely on the construction, on its 3.5 ha site, of a second 4,500 m2 factory. Thanks to its new factory, HTL will multiply its production capacity by 2.5. A development that goes hand in hand with the creation of around thirty jobs.
