50 - Orano thinks bigger for its new factory

Orano, which has unique, internationally recognized expertise in the nuclear fuel cycle, offers its customers high-performance products and services, from mining to dismantling, including conversion, enrichment, recycling, logistics and engineering. Called TN Eagle Factory, the new factory installed this summer by Orano in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (Manche), in the hangar formerly intended for the manufacture of tidal turbines, is already due to move. The construction of the new 6,000 m2 building and its commissioning should take place in 2024. Several recruitments will take place: three manufacturing technicians, a production manager and the hiring of around fifteen other positions is planned.
