SPIE announces the creation of two new subsidiaries in France: SPIE Industrie and SPIE Building Solutions

As of January 1, 2023, SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire, a subsidiary of SPIE France, is structured into two entities: the Industry division is transferred to SPIE Industrie, a new subsidiary of SPIE France serving industrial performance in order to raise the challenge of an innovative and carbon-free industry.

The Tertiary division is renamed SPIE Building Solutions.

This final stage of transformation opens a new chapter of growth for SPIE France, now made up of 6 national-scale subsidiaries, with a clear strategic positioning and global offers capable of providing a uniform and efficient quality of service to their customers. This development also strengthens SPIE's ability to attract talent and offer them attractive and rewarding career paths.
