Berkem, a company expert in plant extraction for the cosmetics industry, headquartered in Gironde, has just made, in a few weeks, the acquisition of two new companies in a logic of integration: i.Bioceuticals, American company specializing in food supplements and Lot-et-Garonnais Biopress, producer of vegetable oils and proteins. The objective: to be self-sufficient in terms of raw materials. Following this, many investments to increase production and job creation are planned.
