Express production of parts according to plans!

Now, Customer Portal users can order off-plan parts that have already been supplied, exclusively through Express Manufacturing. Individually produced off-plan parts can be calculated and ordered online for each customer based on the required quantity. If fast delivery is desired, it is now possible for the first time to trigger an express production order and thus send the parts directly to the mbo machine.

Specific documents / REACH

Documents such as order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and offers can be viewed, downloaded and saved at any time.

In addition, a REACH certificate can be issued at any time via the portal for all delivered parts.

Order tracking

Order Tracking provides complete and flawless tracking of all ordered items - in real time!

The strong point: right from the raw materials planning phase, the various stages are displayed in a clear and traceable manner with even the indication of a cancellation deadline.

Prices and delivery times

Users of the customer portal benefit from price transparency even for large quantities and also benefit online from specific prices already agreed online. Delivery time and stock levels are displayed. Exclusive delivery time benefits are available for custom manufacturing orders - individual parts off-plan with an express manufacturing option.

Configurators

Customer portal users have extended quantity ranges for all configurators. Thus, transparency and room for maneuver are total, even for large quantities.

Generate your offers yourself

You need an offer immediately and want to order later. This is exactly what the customer portal allows you to do! The user has the option of creating offers himself at any time and ordering articles from them at a later date.

Product details and 3D models

Of course, all basic information, such as product features or 3D models are also available in full when using the customer portal.
