K-LINE City: a new factory dedicated to the tertiary sector

K-Line, the French leader in aluminum joinery, marks a new stage in its commitment to the tertiary market by inaugurating its new factory in Les Herbiers dedicated to the production of the K-LINE CITY range (compound sets, horizontal and vertical strips, and large doors). traffic). This strategic initiative is a direct response to the rise of tertiary activity at K-LINE, as well as significant growth in the brand's order volume in this market. This involves an investment of €32 million, covering the purchase of 8 hectares of land, the construction of a huge building of 23,500 m2 and the purchase of new machines. Currently, after a few months of operation, the K-Line City factory produces around 250 pieces of joinery per week. But its configuration will make it possible to achieve, by 2026-2027, a weekly production capacity of 1,700 pieces of joinery. And from 90 employees currently, the workforce should gradually increase to 110 people at the end of 2023, then 300 in 2026.
