Capsa launches the most modern container processing plant in Europe
The Capsa company based in Jonage in the Lyon metropolitan area has just invested 10 million euros to create an ultra-modern 9,000 m2 factory. This will be dedicated to the transformation of used containers into housing, a mini-factory, or even into a bar, restaurant, etc. Starting with containers intended for events, such as Paris Plage or Vuitton fashion shows, Capsa also provides modules for renewable energy plants: integrated mini-factories for biogas. Its containers are also present in wind power, hydrogen, solar... But Capsa also equips "life bases" in isolated places for humanitarian work, for construction sites, workshops or temporary offices, etc. Currently, 700 containers are transformed each year with the ambition of doubling production in the years to come. The group achieved a turnover of 45 million euros in 2023.
