Alfa Laval inaugurates a new production line for printed circuit heat exchangers

The Swedish company Alfa Laval, “world leader in heat exchange”, has just inaugurated its new assembly line for printed circuit heat exchangers on its Fontanil-Cornillon (38) site. This new facility will be essential in the manufacturing of 1,000 units/year of HyBloc™ heat exchangers, designed specifically for hydrogen recharging stations. The HyBloc™ plays a crucial role as a hydrogen pre-cooler for vehicle charging stations, enabling continuous refueling with no waiting times. For the production of this equipment in France, Alfa Laval uses advanced diffusion welding technology, previously only reserved for its Korean site.
