Technax, an industrial flagship in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, invests in a new factory

Technax, a specialist in custom welding for the automotive and energy sectors, will invest 7 million euros to build a factory on the ZAC Berliet in Saint-Priest. Founded in 1989, the SME is experiencing strong growth, with a turnover doubling in a few years. The "Horizon 2026" project aims for a factory twice as large to support international development.

The new facility, with 2,400 m² of workshops and 1,000 m² of offices, will accommodate around fifty employees. Technax is also banking on innovative recruitment through partnerships with the Maison Métropolitaine de l'Emploi to integrate atypical profiles.
