Description
Semi-automatic ascending blade chainsaw allowing straight and angled cuts from -75° to +75° by rotating the turntable.
Designed for the use of carbide-tipped saw cutters Ø 700 or 550 or 420 mm.
Technical details
This machine mounted on a fixed frame is equipped with:
- TRI 400 V motor, power 4.0 kW, spindle speed 3000 rpm.
- Ascending saw head by oleo-pneumatic cylinder.
- Indexing of angles 60° / 45° / 30° / 22°5 / 15° / 0° by pivoting the turntable.
- 2 pneumatic vertical vices and 2 pneumatic horizontal vices.
- Protective guard protecting the entire sawing table.
- LED lighting of the work area.
- Two-handed control.
- 2 suction chutes for chip vacuum cleaner.
- Spray lubrication system.
- Pneumatic cleaning blow gun.
Maximum cutting capacity:
- Straight cut: Ø 260 mm - 380 x 100 mm - 250 x 220 mm.
- 45° bias cut: Ø 230 mm - 270 x 100 mm - 240 x 150 mm.
Dimensions (L x W x H): 1090 x 1500 x 1590 mm.
Weight: 564 kg.
Possible OPTION: Additional pneumatic horizontal vice.
