Description
Double-head ALU 5-axis CNC chainsaw allowing straight and angled cuts from 22.5° inwards to 140° outwards ( pivoting ) and also 45° inwards ( tilting ) for complex angles.
For maximum cutting lengths of 5000 mm.
Designed for the use of carbide-tipped saw cutters Ø 600 mm.
Technical details
Each head is equipped with:
- TRI 400 V brake motor.
- Power 4.0 kW, cutting speed 2300 rpm.
- Motorized pivoting of the saw heads between 22.5° inwards and 140° outwards (controlled by digital control and Brushless motor).
- Motorized tilting of the saw heads between 0° and 45° inwards (controlled by digital control and Brushless motor).
- Oleo-pneumatic advance of the blade.
- 1 horizontal pneumatic vice allowing clamping from the front.
- 2 vertical pneumatic vices.
- Pneumatically retractable front protection cover.
- Spray device ensuring lubrication of saw cutters.
This machine is equipped with:
- 2 carbide-tipped saw cutters Ø 600 mm.
- Fixed roller path on the movable head.
- 2 intermediate pneumatic roller supports.
- 2-handed control panel.
- Motorized movement of the mobile head.
- Industrial barcode label printer.
- Air cleaning blowgun.
- Machine bench equipped with a millimeter control rule.
Control console allowing:
- Motorized movement of the mobile head.
- Windows® interface with 15'' color touch screen.
- Import of cutting list using “MDB” or “CSV” type files on USB media.
- Cuts short pieces using the automatic cutting function.
- Arrow cutting function.
- Remote access via the Internet.
