STEEL/ALU 4-axis CNC machining bench - P 104

The P 104 machining center is a 4-axis CNC machining bench, designed to machine profiles in ALU, PVC, light alloy metals and STEEL up to 2 mm thick.

The working capacity from a single pneumatic stop is 3200 mm, this length can be doubled by installing a second stop ( OPTIONAL ).

The electro chuck of the head is mounted on a 4th digital axis which allows working on all angles between 0° and 180° of a profile.

It is equipped with an 8-station tool magazine, positioned in the center of the machine, which allows rapid change from any position of the head during its work.

This bench is equipped with 4 compact vices, thus maximizing the useful working surface on the machined material, or even on small parts.

The design of the fairing allows for a large working space in a small-sized machine, thus offering the operator excellent work ergonomics during the material loading and unloading phases.

This machining bench is equipped with:

• Entirely streamlined machine with automatic glass protection door on the front of the machine.
• Magazine for 8 tools placed in the center of the machine and protected by a retractable cover ( with the possibility of putting a blade Ø 120 mm maxi ). A second magazine for 8 additional tools can be added as an OPTION.
• Automatic tool change.
• 4 pneumatic clamps with automatic positioning for optimal clamping of the profile ( 2 additional clamps and independent positioning as an OPTION ).
• Retractable reference stop on the left, possibility of 1 stop on the right ( OPTIONAL ).
• Standard PC keyboard and mouse and 19" LCD color screen.
• Automatic 2-nozzle lubrication system.
• Axis management: digitally controlled by PLC.
• X and Y axis guidance: Brushless motor on rack with high precision helical teeth, ball bearings and hardened slides.
