The EXTRUSION range vacuum cleaners are powerful, advanced technology industrial vacuum cleaners with centrifugal fans intended for the extruded materials processing sector.
They are ideally suited to machines that cut and produce large quantities of chips.
Each vacuum cleaner in the EXTRUSION range is equipped with a type “M” filter, a high-performance filter specially made for this range which allows the collection of at least 99.9% of particles.
Unique in this field, the innovative suction system is ideal for the aluminum and PVC processing industry.
The use of fan vacuums in the production process increases efficiency by significantly reducing chip vacuuming times compared to a turbine system.
The speed of suction is due to the development of a greater air flow, which therefore acts on larger diameters and thus allows the capture of particles, even the smallest and most volatile.
