Roller guide carriages for linear guide rails

The guide rails can be easily aligned, connected and precisely mounted using a parallel key. The parallel key is recessed into the rail, allowing the rails to be screwed directly onto a flat surface. The precise alignment using the parallel key also allows simplified crossing of the junction point. All guide rails with parallel keyway can thus be matched with each other.

Distinction between the two roller guide carriages:

The 21350 roller guide carriages have a simple mechanism which allows compensation of approx. 0.05mm. Therefore only linear guide rails (21335) can be used with it.

The compensation mechanism of the 21351 roller guide carriages allows a tolerance range of approx. 0.5mm. It is thus possible to travel on linear or curved guide rails.

In this case, the prestressing mechanism is mounted on one side on two rollers.

The two opposite rollers are mounted on rigid bearings.

Straight linear guide rails: Forces and torques: Considering the admissible forces and torques, roller guide carriages have a lifespan > 100,000 km. Their lifespan depends on the state of lubrication and impurities. This is why this value may vary.
