Clamping elements for multiple uses

Double clamping clamps have the characteristic of being able to clamp two parts at the same time. The clamping force is very high and the overall system is stable and particularly suitable for machining fixtures. The clamping force of the screw is transmitted to the workpiece by shims.

Double tackling crampons

The double clamp clamp is used to clamp a workpiece directly against the fixed stop and the stop surface, using the clamping action. This is triggered when the swivel ball screw is tightened and the clamping jaw is tilted forward. Once the screw is loosened, the double clamp clamp automatically returns to its original position using a return spring that reduces the tension. norelem also offers a square double clamp clamp .

The clamping cleats with support work in the same way as the double clamping cleats. They have the characteristic of having a ground support surface and a tapped hole for a support element.

Depending on the required clamping force, norelem offers you a narrow clamping clamp that is ideal for low workpieces. Simultaneous clamping to the front and rear is ensured by the hardened steel jaws. Conversely, the wide clamping clamp provides a powerful clamping effect. It has a smooth contact surface for machined surfaces and a serrated contact surface for rough surfaces.

Cam-action clamps allow the elements to be tightened by lever action.

Pneumatic clamps have the special feature of ensuring optimum access to the workpiece thanks to the large pivot angle of the clamping arm. Insertion and removal of the workpiece is therefore facilitated. Pneumatic clamps can be used at different locations and operated in a specific sequence. They are operated by compressed air and can be operated manually or by machine.
