Flow meters / Mass flow regulators for gas - laboratory version

EL-FLOW®Select gas mass flow meters and controllers are designed for use in laboratories and clean environments. These instruments are truly unique in their ability to measure and control flow ranges between 0.014…0.7 mln/min and 8…1670 ln/min with a pressure range between vacuum and 400 bar – all with one type instruments. This multitude of flow ranges and these conditions of use guarantee the EL-FLOW®Select series to be the most popular and the most proven. EL-FLOW®Select can be offered with the Multi Gas / Multi Range option, providing users with maximum flexibility and optimum process efficiency. In addition to the standard RS232 output, the instruments have analog input/output. The devices can be equipped with an integrated interface for CANopen®, DeviceNetTM, PROFIBUS DP, Modbus-RTU/ASCII, EtherCAT® or FLOW-BUS protocols. The latter is an RS485 fieldbus specially made by Bronkhorst for its mass flow measurement and control solutions, and with which Bronkhorst has accumulated a lot of experience for more than 15 years.
