Evaporation and mixing system
Bronkhorst has developed an innovative controlled liquid evaporation system: the CEM - This unique and patented system makes it possible to obtain vapors thanks to the regulation of mass flow. It can be used for atmospheric, pressurized and vacuum processes, for vaporized liquids from 0.25 to 1200 g/h of water. For most other fluids, the maximum capacity may even be higher. The CEM includes a liquid flow controller, a carrier gas mass flow controller, and a temperature-controlled mixing/evaporation chamber. The CEM is suitable for liquid mixing flow rates from 0.25-1200 g/h for saturated vapor flow rates from 50 mln/min to 100 ln/min. The CEM evaporation system perfectly replaces bubblers, thus offering great stability and better control of the process. CEM enables new applications: mixtures and even solvents containing dissolved solids can be vaporized successfully.
