With its new EL-FLOW® Prestige mass flow meter, Bronkhorst introduces “Differential Temperature Balance” technology, ensuring the sensor a high degree of accuracy and incredible stability. EL-FLOW Prestige series devices can measure flow rates from 0.014 mln/min to 100 ln/min (N2). The instrument is equipped with an integrated gas conversion model, various fieldbus options and customizable I/O functions. The regulation performance of the new EL FLOW Prestige series has been adjusted at the factory in order to react quickly to changes in parameters, without overshoot. In addition, the regulators are highly resistant to mechanical shocks and pressure fluctuations that may be caused by other appliances consuming gas from the same source. They can also be set to provide ultra-fast response (up to 500 milliseconds) or ultra-smooth control, depending on the user's process requirements. Dynamic behavior can also be customized on site, by adjusting governor speed settings via FlowTune™, or by using our FlowPlot™ software tool. This free tool can also be used for device diagnostics or for alert or counter functions.
