Mini-Coriflow Coriolis flow meters / flow regulators
Bronkhorst Cori-Tech BV achieves a technological breakthrough in Coriolis mass flow measurement and control by offering the "Mini CORI-FLOW" series. These new Coriolis flowmeters are particularly compact. The rates offered are very competitive on the Coriolis market. They make it possible to measure and regulate with great precision very low flow rates, from 400 mg/h to 30 kg/h. The Mini CORI-FLOW is characterized by the unique design of its miniaturized sensor, its fast response time and its ability to maintain high accuracy even in the event of variations in the conditions of use such as pressure, temperature, density, conductivity and viscosity. The measurement dynamic is 2000:1 with the possibility for the user to calibrate the instrument on site according to his needs, which guarantees great flexibility of use. Compatible for gases and liquids, and able to perform bi-directional measurements, the instruments are equipped with a robust IP65 body and can be used in an ATEX zone (Cat.3 Zone 2). The Mini CORI-FLOW offers an integrated control associated with a valve or a pump, thus constituting a very compact Coriolis mass flow control loop. The Mini CORI-FLOW embeds the latest digital technologies in addition to analog and RS232 communications, with optional Modbus, Profibus fieldbus interfaces and other functions such as alarm, totalization (to measure fluid consumption ) and dosing by batch. Additionally, fluid temperature and density data can be retrieved through a second digital output.
Typical applications are laboratory research, pilot plants, semiconductor and fuel cell processes, food and pharmaceutical industries, analytical facilities, micro-reactors, surface treatment, and any other applications that require direct mass flow measurement independent of fluid properties.
