NRGT 26-1
The NRGT 26-1 level transmitter allows continuous detection of the water level along the submerged part of the electrode. It is used with boilers producing steam, superheated water, with food tarpaulins or condensate recovery tanks to control the water level. It can be installed in a stilling chamber inside the devices, or in an external measuring bottle.
Compact device, it is composed of a level measurement electrode and an electronic card in a connection box. The electrode works according to the principle of capacitive measurement; it converts level variations into a voltage signal between the electrode rod and the equipment wall. The range of use is defined by the length of the rod of the electrode: the calibrations of the 0% and 100% points are carried out by the user using the potentiometers located on the electronic board. The stem of this one cannot be cut. The electronic board converts level variations into a 4-20 mA analog current signal. A switch is used to pre-select the active measurement range according to the conductivity value of the water. A green LED signals that the measured water level is between the set limits. A red “Level 0%” or a “Level 100%” LED lights up when this same water level goes outside the measurement limits. Depending on the functions of the associated level controller, NRS 2-50/51, NRR 2-50/51/52/53, the transmitter triggers an alarm or sends a control signal.
