LRR 1-53
The functional unit consists of the user interface URB 50 and the conductivity controller LRR 1-53 which processes the signal depending on the electrical conductivity of the water coming from the transmitter. It controls the opening of the deconcentration valve. It triggers a MAX limit alarm. The measured value is related linearly to the temperature of 25°C.
In steam production boilers, the salt content of the water increases due to evaporation, as does the conductivity. To avoid deposits, it should be kept within permissible limits. In the presence of a deviation from the setpoint value, the LRR 1-53 controls the output contacts to the actuator: a pictogram is displayed and signals the opening or closing of the valve. LRR 1-53 corrects itself according to the value of the feedback potentiometer. The LRR 1-53 integrates the programming of purge pulses in full opening for cleaning the valve. The controller signals that the MAX conductivity has been reached by turning the display on the URB 50 red and, depending on the setting, either signals the MIN conductivity or sequentially controls the bottom extraction valve. The URB 50 user interface is intuitive and icon-based programming is easy.
The "danger" icon gives access to the status of the contacts which allows you to simulate the MIN or MAX alarm by pressing the icon of the corresponding contact.
