Adjustable steel floating bridle
The adjustable clamping system is used to clamp and support clamping points that protrude from components. It prevents vibration and bending during machining.
Matter :
Steel base body and jaws.
Aluminum end stop.
Finishing :
Burnished black base body.
Nitrocarburized and black burnished bits.
Black anodized end stop.
Instructions for use:
1. Push the adjustable clamping system down.
2. Rotate the jaws until they stop. The adjustable jaw of the adjustable clamping system must then be in contact with the underside of the workpiece.
3. Secure the adjustable clamping system with the SW hex nut (observe the min. and max. torques). When tightening, the workpiece is clamped and supported at the same time.
4. To loosen, proceed in reverse order.
Assembly :
Adjust the height range and swivel range and attach the adjustable clamping system to the bracket using the holes (D1).
When adjusting the height, sufficient upward margin must be taken into account.
Form B: For special clamping applications, the standard clamping jaw can be modified or replaced.
Drawing indication:
1) Interchangeable clamping jaws
2) M6 ISO 4762 cylindrical head screw
