Tube connectors and profile fittings

norelem now also offers tube connectors as well as profile connectors, which you will find in the special elements group.

The cable tie block and cable holder are ideal for securing cables and hoses. These two components can be mounted using a cylindrical screw or a button head screw and a gib. Fastening is done using a cable tie for the cable tie block. The cable holder is secured by the integrated O-ring.

norelem offers another version to its customers, namely a cable support with cleat. This is characterized by the fact that assembly takes place via the integrated cleat after a 90° rotation in the profile groove.

For mounting sensors and limit switches on aluminum profiles or flat elements, sensor brackets are used. The fixing element provides protection against mechanical rotation. Without fixing element, the sensor holder is infinitely adjustable in angle.

The type 1 earth electrode is mainly used for the assembly of aluminum profiles. It is also designed for the earthing of aluminum profile constructions.

To generate an electrostatic discharge (ESD), a type 1 equipotential bonding can be used. The component is mounted by pivoting it in the groove and screwing it against the profiles at an angle of 45°.
