Aquimaint

Aquimaint manages periodic and preventive maintenance of equipment (machines and/or tools). Recommended for various industries, it provides reliable support for operators and maintenance teams to ensure production continuity and progress.

This maintenance management module of the MES software offers various options facilitating the tasks of the operators. Indeed, they are able to prevent maintenance actions to be carried out thanks to a visual alarm on the machine dashboard, simple declaration of self-maintenance and sending emails to the maintenance team.

This software is also used by the maintenance team to perform various tasks: management of preventive and curative maintenance, implementation of the maintenance plan on the tools, on the machines: level, type, frequency, alert, optimized launch of maintenance in connection with the actual production according to a defined frequency, declaration of the operations carried out and provision of the documentation for each task, guidance by digitized operating modes of the maintenance interventions with the Aquiguide module...

Aquimaint also offers maintenance teams various options: Real-time automatic indicators offered by the Aquitime module and in particular: pareto, MTBF, MTTR, TRS, etc., a dashboard of actions to be carried out (level 1 and level 2), the history interventions and tool monitoring.
