Aquiweb, MES software

Astn'go, MES SaaS solution

Astn'go is the first MES solution marketed under the SaaS model . The user has total autonomy in setting up his MES software. He creates an online account in order to take out a subscription. From then on, a tenant is automatically created in the Cloud allowing him to access his private application and start his configuration. The IIoT Astn'go is sent to him. Upon receipt, the user connects this IIoT to the Internet (Ethernet or WiFi) and plugs in the signal(s) of his machine. Astn'go is then ready to be used. Astn'go offers the main functions of an MES: production monitoring (TRS), workstation instructions, loss analysis and support for continuous improvement initiatives (visual management, TPM, SMED, AIC, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).

With Astn'go, the manager monitors his production in real time via dashboards. He can thus make the right decisions without delay and see a rapid improvement in the productivity of his workshop (ROI less than 6 months).

Astn'go is particularly aimed at VSEs and SMEs who need to transform their workshop with digital technology and who do not necessarily have the funds necessary to set up an onpromise solution.
