VSHOOTER+®-3-WL WITH WIRELESS TRIAXIAL SENSOR
Description
A new vibration analysis experience unique in the world.
The VSHOOTER+®-3-WL is the ideal tool for predictive maintenance of rotating machines.
It is a vibration analyzer that works with a wireless triaxial sensor and a rugged smartphone with embedded data processing software.
There are 4 different versions:
- Standard version VSHOOTER®-3-WL
- Standard version with infrared camera (80×60 px, 9Hz) V SHOOTER ®-3-WL-IR
- Standard version with HD infrared camera (256×192 px, 25Hz) V SHOOTER ®-3-WL-IR HD
- ATEX certified Standard Version (Ex ib Ⅱ CT4Gb Smartphone, Ex ia Ⅱ CT4Ga Sensor) V SHOOTER ®-3-WL EX
Thanks to the VSHOOTER ® -3-WL you can quickly find vibration defects in rotating machines, electric motors, pumps, fans, machine tool spindles, lubrication or shock bearings.
In addition, the wireless triaxial sensor will allow you to make only one measurement to analyze the 3 axes of vibrations.
This will aim to provide the data necessary for the software to analyze your rotating machine in detail.
The V SHOOTER ®-3-WL software has a special MCP (Machine Condition Photo) program, it will automatically measure and diagnose dangerous machine vibrations like misalignment, foundation/loosening issues, bearing faults or even the unbalance. Finally, a colored severity indicator will be displayed after carrying out the measurement to see what problem is encountered.
Just like the V SHOOTER ®+ we have developed intuitive and easy-to-use software with which you will make global measurements such as:
RMS- FFT spectrum – Time signal – Trend curve.
Of course you can transfer data and reports to your PC via a USB-C connection.
Below you can see the V SHOOTER ®-3-WL-IR version which has an 80×60 pixel FLIR infrared camera and a frame rate of 9Hz.
