AZM 300 electronic safety interlock
The AZ300 safety sensor adopts a unique design and a new working principle. A rotating Maltese cross provides support. Three sides of approach to the actuator are possible allowing universal use. The same product is thus perfectly suitable for hinged doors opening to the left or to the right as well as for sliding doors.
Another handy feature of the AZ300 is the holding force setting at 25N or 50N to hold the door closed. No additional parts such as door stopper or holding element are required.
Designers, machine manufacturers as well as users have a universal and modern sensor to secure their applications: the AZ300 is designed according to the rules of hygienic design, has sealing up to IP 69K and can withstand a wide variety of cleaners.
The AZ300 actuator is equipped with a standard or individually coded RFID sensor to detect the position of the door.
Like all our electronic safety products, the AZ300 of course offers the highest level of safety (PL e / SIL 3), even connected in series.
Using the same overall dimensions and mounting as its predecessor, the AZM300 interlocking, this new sensor allows manufacturers to simplify their assembly and integration plans.
