The new EcoCcompact – plug and play compact installation for efficient solvent cleaning and preservation
Reduced unit costs through the highest cleaning performance and low energy consumption
Equipped with a large load capacity, improved washing mechanics, detergent regeneration and technology aimed at optimizing energy with heat recovery, the latest generation of EcoCCompact makes sure to maintain low cleaning unit costs despite high cleanliness requirements. The minimal footprint and flexibility to vary between hydrocarbons and modified alcohols also contribute to the high cost effectiveness and durability of Ecoclean's compact plug-and-play cleaning installation.
Ever-increasing demands on component quality and ever-widening product ranges are driving the need for more complex and flexible parts cleaning solutions. In order to produce competitively, it is also important to minimize resource consumption and cleaning unit costs while maintaining high cleaning performance. The new generation of economical EcoCcompact solvent systems has been adapted to these requirements. The compact Plug and Play solution, with a footprint of 3,200 x 1,600 x 2,450 mm (L x W x H), allows simple and transformation-free switching from hydrocarbons to modified alcohols (semi-polar solvents) and vice versa during operation.
Faster and more economical for an optimal cleaning result
The installation can be equipped with two or three fully integrated tanks, each with inlet and outlet filtration with bag or high performance filters and bypass filtration. This flexibility makes it possible to obtain results adapted to needs with short cycles, from pre-cleaning, intermediate cleaning to final cleaning and conservation. On the one hand, the installation has a load capacity ten percent higher than equivalent installations on the market, thanks to the standard diameter of the working chamber of 550 mm. On the other hand, the components are completely immersed in the cleaning agent during the process due to the large filling volume. Powerful, frequency-controlled filling pumps not only guarantee fast filling and emptying of the working chamber. They also produce a strong mechanical cleaning effect during forced turbulence washing. A frequency converter rotation motor, which can be integrated as an option, can be used for workpiece rotation and positioning.
In addition to the large capacity and efficient washing mechanics, the energy-optimized technology contributes to the high profitability of the EcoCcompact. This means that tanks two and three are heated by the heat recovered from the distillation. This has made it possible, among other things, to significantly reduce energy consumption. Thanks to the powerful distillation, the plant can also convince with its even lower solvent consumption. This result has been achieved through the vertical integration of distillation, which is practically integrated. This design reduces the formation of sludge and avoids the accumulation of dirt, which helps extend the life of the baths.
A seven-inch HMI operator console with touch screen and self-explanatory pictograms enables simple, fast and safe operation. Furthermore, the integrated partial visualization makes process monitoring and maintenance more intuitive and easier.
Thanks to these features, the EcoCcompact meets the requirements of companies with relatively manageable production capacities and variable cleaning requirements, but also meets the requirements of large companies with decentralized cleaning stations.
