This is a robotic cell of the CRH or CRU type intended for the sanding of cords of

welds, radius finishing, satin finishing or preparation before painting of a

wide variety of sheet metal parts.

Features for large parts:

• In this case, it is composed of the following elements:

- 2-position table, 180º rotatable, rotating alternately to load half of the table from the outside while the robot works with the other half inside the cell.

- Robot with automatic change of sanding and satin-finishing tools.

- Store for the different working tools.

- Possibility of incorporating an 8th axis to work long pieces.

Characteristics for small and medium-sized parts:

The cell is then equipped with the following elements:

- 2-position table, 180º rotatable, rotating alternately to load half of the table from the outside while the robot works with the other half inside the cell.

- Fixed sanding work heads with abrasive belt or satin belt, with buoyancy and 4000 mm. of displacement.

- Optionally and depending on the process, possibility of installing satin finishing working heads with pads.

- Automatic recognition of parts allowing to work successively 2 parts of the same reference or of different references.
