Cler-Verts celebrates its 20th anniversary and creates a new production unit

The Cler-Certs company based in Bélesta-en-Lauragais now has 20 years of existence, 60 employees and deals 120,000 tonnes of green and organic waste. To celebrate this anniversary, Cler-Verts inaugurated a new production unit with an area of 2,500 m2 for an investment of 2.8 million euros. A new platform for three new Cler-Verts activities: compost bagging; the manufacture of "Biochar", a charcoal resulting from the combustion of wood without oxygen and which has many agronomic virtues; a dryer for products from the food industry to make animal feed for farms. In 20 years, Cler-Verts has never stopped innovating, hoping to reach 20 million euros in turnover by 2025.
