SEPEM AVENIR, LINKED TO EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING

With 180,000 recruitments planned, nationally, in 2023 and 2024, in the industrial sector, employment remains a major concern for companies which are struggling to find their future talents. To help them, SEPEM Industries is deploying the SEPEM Avenir system, a space dedicated to local training, employment and the discovery of industry professions. He will propose:

• “Discovery of Professions” tour routes dedicated to young audiences

• A documentary kiosk provided, exclusive to training and employment

In addition, a space will be specifically dedicated to job offers offered by exhibitors at the show.
