Servier hires and invests in its huge Loiret factory

Established since 1953 in Gidy, the pharmaceutical group will further expand this factory by injecting more than 100 million euros into production and research. It will also continue to hire with the creation of around a hundred positions. With 800 employees, 40% of drug production and around twenty buildings spread over 64 hectares, this factory is already the largest in the group. Thanks to these new projects, it will further strengthen itself, “by specializing in large volumes” to go from 245 to 300 million boxes per year in 2030. These investments will allow the installation of new manufacturing lines and modernization the site. The group will also build a new building to accommodate some of the teams responsible for the technical development of future products.
