Verdot invests 10 million euros in a new factory in Riom to support its growth
Verdot, a manufacturer of advanced equipment for the biopharmaceutical industry, is investing €10 million in the construction of a new plant at the Biopôle Clermont-Limagne in Riom, Puy-de-Dôme. This 4,200 m² site, which will be operational in the first quarter of 2026, should enable the company to increase its production capacity by 150%.
With this project, Verdot plans to create between 50 and 75 jobs, strengthening the French biomedicine sector. The state-of-the-art plant, which will also include the company's new headquarters, will mark a strategic turning point for Verdot, allowing it to double in size in the next five years. This expansion meets the growing demand for biopharmaceutical equipment and contributes to the national effort to strengthen the production of biomedicines in France.
