SCHMERSAL
AZM150
The Schmersal Group presents a new electromechanical interlocking device. The AZM150 is distinguished by a compact design and a holding force of 1400 newtons.
The AZM150 has 3 separate actuators suitable for different mounting configurations: a straight actuator for sliding doors, a standard actuator and a hinged actuator for swing doors. Another advantage of the AZM150: its head can be adjusted very quickly without dismantling and the two 90° entries allow all mounting and actuator insertion positions, which makes it a very versatile model.
The AZM150 is an electromechanical device that has an optional high level of coding. This will prevent assembly that is out of reach or concealed in order to comply with the ISO 14119 standard. Schmersal is the only manufacturer that offers safety switches and interlocks with a high level of mechanical coding.
Due to its compact design, the AZM150 is particularly suitable for small machines, packaging machines and machine tools.
It is available in version unlocking on power off or power on, the latter variant will be recommended for inertia machines.
Its compact format makes it particularly suitable for mounting on 40x40mm aluminum profiles, it is equipped with a choice of emergency or emergency release, and even a lockout device with 6 padlocks which will allow 6 people to carry out maintenance operations without accidental start-up and in complete safety.
