Coriolis flow meters / flow regulators for very low flow rates
The ML120 is the smallest Coriolis flow controller for gases and liquids in the world. The Coriolis in this series offer excellent performance in the ultra-low flow range. The ML120 sensor has demonstrated great stability of its measurements over time, which makes it possible to space out the frequency of its periodic calibrations. Meters in this series feature an integrated PID controller that can be coupled to a control valve or pump, providing a cost-effective, space-saving Coriolis mass flow controller. This range of devices measures and regulates flow rates from 50 mg/h to 200 g/h and is offered with analog or digital communication, RS232 with fieldbus options CANopen®, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET, DeviceNet, Modbus RTU/ ASCII, EtherCAT or FLOW-BUS and totalization and alarm functions. The flow regulator version incorporates a piezoelectric regulation valve capable of reaching its regulation point in less than 2 seconds with perfect stability and without overshoot. This instrument is the ideal solution for applications requiring speed, for precise and repetitive dosing of precursors, additives, solvents, etc.
