§    Temperature maintenance lines (electric or steam tracing) – POLYTUBE T

It is a bundle composed of one or more tubes. In the case of electrical tracing, a heating tape of the necessary power is added to provide reliable and measurable maintenance temperatures.

Proposed standards:

- Single insulated tube

- Tube for steam tracing

- Tube with electrical tracing

- Maintaining the desired temperature

§    Pneumatic and hydraulic control transfer line - POLYTUBE R

It is a bundle of several tubes assembled in a helix and covered with an external protective sheath. The helix assembly allows for a smaller footprint, better flexibility and above all to limit the deformation of the tubes when curved.

Proposed standards:

- Tube 4 x 6 mm, 1/4" OD or 6 x 8: 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 12 - 19 tubes

- Tube 8 x 10 mm or 3/8" OD, 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 – 7 tubes

When assembling, the tubes can be marked or numbered. Custom marking on sheath possible from 100 m length

Electrical pulling cables can be incorporated into the harness. Polytube R is available in copper, stainless steel, PA...

Tubes in the same bundle can be mixed in materials and diameters under certain conditions.

§    Transport of fluid or air – MONOTUBE

It is an annealed copper tube covered with a PVC sheath.

Proposed standards:

- Tube 4 x 6 mm, 6 x 8 mm, 8 x 10 mm, 10 x 12 mm

and 1/4" OD, 3/4" OD, 1/2" OD

Delivery in 50 to 100 meter crowns, and on a lost reel for longer lengths.

The monotube is also available in PE, PA, PTFE, PFA, stainless steel...

Monotubes can be sold without sheathing. Stocks, fast deliveries.
