As a component integrated directly into the power flow, it enables highly accurate measurements precisely where the relevant stresses occur.

 

Couplings are central components of the drive system. In their version with integrated sensors, they not only compensate for shaft misalignment and transmit torque, but also record essential operating parameters. Their direct integration into digital monitoring and analysis systems opens up new possibilities for industrial applications. Instead of external measurement solutions, which are often complex to integrate, data can now be collected directly at various points along the drive system. Torque, rotational speed, and temperature can be monitored in real time, enabling much more precise control of machines and systems.
